A Word to the Wise

Here is some advice for all of you parents and parents-to-be out there.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER FEED YOUR CHILDREN FUDGY CHOCOLATE CAKE AFTER 7:00 PM.

Take it from me; I know what I'm talking about.
