A Little List and a Question

My husband started a grocery list on our Google  home page.  It goes like this:

-chicken with lots of blood and guts
-spam

I'm so glad I checked.  I didn't know we were in need of those things.

While we're on the subject of needing to go to the grocery store, I wanted to throw this question out there.  Do you think it would be just awful if I gave everyone a bowl of cereal and called it a night?

Cereal is vitamin fortified and full of fiber. I think you owe it to them.

Should I even ask about the chicken?

Definitely not awful. Perhaps you could even start a cereal for dinner tradition. I met a family that has popcorn for their Sunday evening meal. When I asked her about it, she explained that in their tradition they have the bigger meal on Sunday afternoon and have popcorn and cheese and sometimes some leftover things in the evening. I grabbed onto that idea quickly! It has been liberating and fun to start a new tradition like that for our family!

I think I could have cereal for dinner just about every night. It's just not my favorite meal (I'm a lunch person... very European, I know). But my family would disagree...

I'm not sure I will be able to even think about chicken for the next day or two... Thanks for that. :)
